In the first few weeks, we will need only a small amount of food for each meal.
    It is easy to cook for the family, because it is enough to separate a little of the cleaned green. It is not enough to wash the roots, just rub them. After cleaning, thorough washing followed by slicing.

    Many people think that green vegetables are best eaten raw. This is also true for some, as it contains much more useful material, but the baby's body is not yet ready to process it. In the first year, it is better to live on predominantly cooked meals. Let's buy the baby a handful of handles - it is not worth putting in more than one liter of jug for such a mini serving.
    The risky greens are cooked in a little water, covering the foot. If we want to do it soon, we can use it instant cooking dish: this baby's baby is ready in a few minutes and is much more juicy than it was in a traditional footbath. Sugar, sugar, strong aromatic spices should not be used in the first few months of food intake.

    Consumption - on demand

    The custom was not so old that - perhaps for the sake of liveliness - the cooked fish and the kits were made from baby bottles. However, after the age of five, all healthy babies are able to eat the food they eat on their finger, cannabis or on their own.
    There is no need to chill the cooked fish. It is enough to cook the green grass with a forkand mix it with a little cookie or a few drops of breast milk. If you want to assemble a large quantity of cooked halves, for example for freezing, this is most easily done with potato press. If you want to make just a few teaspoons of cappuccino for your acquaintance's taste, pure garlic will also be fine.
    These later tools are especially helpful when dealing with legumes: there is no better way to pass peas, tender green beans. The skin of pepper and beans remains in the press, and the peel can go into the bowl.

    Peeled or ground

    Do you want to cook the fruits too? In the first period, the baby will surely be more comfortable with the grated apple or apricot, but as soon as he enters the skull, we can give him the sweetest fruit in slices. The grated apple is a favorite of many seedlings, although the larger ones are sometimes too. Since apples turn brown soon, it is best to grate them freshly.

In contrast, some natural people start feeding relatively early, as early as a couple of months later. They give the baby a stolen and partly buried diet - a public example in the old days. Ah, no, so many habits! It's not a good idea to do a key quest to get a grilled or grated apple first for your baby. In Indonesia, for example, they start with soft, fishy fish!
