So cook it if you want to get rid of PCOS


The diet that helps PCOS overcome is to cook a lot of greens, high in fiber, and avoid sugar. You can read more about the principles in the first article of the series, now let's see two examples!

Cut the zucchini into small tiny stomachs, or grate on large hole and set aside until juice is released. Squeeze the liquid out, stir in the flour, and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Loosen it with light rice milk because of the strain. Make butterflies and roll them in bread crumbs. In an oiled baking pan, you can bake it red for seventy minutes. In the meantime, you can roast the rest of the diced greens with a little oil in a few minutes in wok.Nutrient content per person:

It is filled with rich brown rice
I approached so many people
15 deca brown rice
two smaller yellow rape
twelve kale leaves
three pieces of peppers
three pieces of tomato
a larger onion
half box for mixed tube
a bunch of parsley
a mocha sword seafood
a pounded mocha spoon with white pepper
0.5 deci extra virgin olive oil
Simmer the rice in boiling, slightly shallow water, and cook on low heat for at least 30 minutes until soft. Allow to cool under cover. Run the onion oil over the chopped garlic oil and season with salt, pepper and parsley. Stir in the marshmallow with the rice and let it cool completely. Put the kale leaves for a few moments in hot water, then lift them out and rinse them with cold water. Cut off the thick veins and fill it with fillers. Served with fresh salad and oil dressing.Nutrient content per serving:
