Breastfeeding and Nutritionist Baby: What's Another Nutrition?

There are minor differences in the nutrition of breast milk and infant babies - these are collected. What is worth keeping in mind?

Nutrition: What to Look for in Nutrition and Breastfeeding Babies?

Another of ours

THE breastfeeding and nutritional babies differ in their gender. (As a matter of fact, flora is a combination of microorganisms that, among others, help the body to defend itself). The "good" microorganisms in breast milk (see bifidogen bilflur, lactobacilli) are in excess. Influenza can be affected by breast milk deficiency diets that are probiotic stocks (with "yo / helper" microorganisms) as well as with different infant formulas, but it is very important that you choose a formulation depending on the type! The most common mistake is choosing a non-specific remedy. That's a problem, because not every probiotic exchange affects every complaint.

Is it really time to start feeding again?

Studies and experience have shown that parents feed on babies sooner than normal babies. However, in most cases, it is not necessary to start the challenge earlier. The optimal time is determined by the age of 6 months. The child's development (stable neck, head posture, curiosity, pressure on the belly), allergiaprevenici—É individual characteristics (window period), and life itself (diseases, hospitalization, travel, environmental factors). All in all, I can say: For a well-to-do nutritional baby, it is worthwhile to wait for a 6-month-old just like a mother's milk.

Leave the baby bottle for one year old!

The formula recommended for infants up to one year of age, called infant formula, is recommended. Lactose in breast milk, with a tendency to allergy (and reflux babies, for example) hydrolyzed (HA) infant formula recommended for the baby until 4-6 months of age.In case of babies with babies, we can avoid using the baby bottle for 1 year. It is easier to write this down than to carry it out, so it is okay to ask for baby bottles while sleeping, but this habit can be abandoned between the ages of 1-2 years. It's also great to be able to switch from a sparkling drinking bottle to drinking some liquid during the day and then using a glass. If you can "sleep on it" all day long, sugary drinks (cows' milk, fruit juice) that naturally contain sugar will affect your teeth all day, increasing your risk of decay. In addition, because of the calorie content of the beverages, the child will not be too hungry, thus losing valuable nutrients from the body (such as developing iron deficiency).

Review: Careful with quantity!

We often read that if the baby does not taste any food, we may mix some milk (this can also adjust the average). We can do this in the same way with the formula we make, but be aware that therefore do not double your daily dietary intake!

Look at the composition!

Although the composition of breast milk can vary, it is nutritionally stable. Read on the packaging as they are prized for the product (such as probiotics, vitamins, minerals, trace elements). This amount too should be included in the daily recommended amount. (Among others, fat-soluble vitamin D can also be a problem - it is dangerous for your baby to get more than the recommended daily amount.)

What's the difference between nutrition and nutritional babies?

The nutrition table also contains the same basic ingredients and foods in the case of smart baby babies as well as the methods and tips. (For example, when starting nutrition, a nutritionist and a milky child should learn to drink and both should be flushed with water).Related Articles in Addition Topic:
